ImageAssist is looking for an Independent Outbound Lead Generation Specialist to help drive pipeline growth by booking qualified demos with surgical practices, medspas, and healthcare providers.
ImageAssist is a clinical photography platform built for healthcare teams — helping clinicians capture standardized patient photos, improve documentation, and streamline workflows directly into the EHR.
We are growing quickly and looking for a high-performance outbound operator who can take ownership of lead generation and consistently fill our calendar with qualified demo opportunities.
The Role
As an Independent Outbound Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for generating qualified demo meetings through outbound campaigns, email outreach, and creative prospecting strategies.
You will work directly with the founding team and play a critical role in scaling ImageAssist's growth engine. This is a results-driven, flexible contractor role ideal for someone who thrives in outbound sales and wants to directly impact revenue growth.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage outbound campaigns targeting plastic surgery practices, medspas and aesthetic clinics, weight loss and wellness clinics, and specialty healthcare providers
- Execute high-volume, high-quality outreach via email campaigns, CRM and outbound tools, and LinkedIn engagement
- Identify and target decision-makers including practice owners, surgeons, office managers, and clinical directors
- Qualify prospects and book demos directly onto our calendar
- Continuously test and optimize messaging, targeting, and campaigns
- Track and report weekly performance: emails sent, replies, demos booked, and show rates
What Success Looks Like
- Consistently booking 10–30+ qualified demos per week
- High-quality meetings with the right ICP
- Strong show rates and engaged prospects
- Continuous improvement in campaign performance
Who You Are
- Experienced in outbound sales, SDR, or lead generation
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and performance targets
- Strong written communication skills (email is critical)
- Highly organized and self-directed
- Data-driven and constantly optimizing your approach
- Energized by results and performance-based compensation
Preferred Experience
- Experience selling or prospecting into healthcare practices, medspas/aesthetics, or SaaS/healthtech
- Familiarity with tools like Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, HubSpot, or similar
- Understanding of HIPAA, clinical workflows, or healthcare environments (a plus)
Compensation
This is a contractor role with performance-based upside:
- Monthly base: $2,000–$4,000
- Performance bonuses per qualified demo booked, per completed demo (show-up), and per deal closed
Top performers will have the opportunity to scale earnings significantly based on results.
