ImageAssist is looking for Independent Sales Representatives to join our growing network and help lead the sales and adoption of our clinical photography platform.
ImageAssist is a modern clinical photography platform used by healthcare providers to capture standardized patient photos, improve documentation, and seamlessly integrate images into the medical record — all while saving time, reducing risk, and growing revenue for providers.
Focused on efficiency, standardization, and patient outcomes, ImageAssist is transforming how clinicians capture, manage, and use clinical images across plastic surgery, dermatology, medspas, weight loss clinics, and health systems.

Partnering with the ImageAssist team, our Independent Sales Representatives will be trained to promote and sell our platform to private practices, surgery centers, and hospital systems. You'll have the freedom to manage your own schedule and income potential, while working alongside a high-growth, product-driven team focused on building the future of clinical workflows.

Job Description
This role is ideal for an entrepreneurial healthcare salesperson who understands the importance of clinical documentation, workflow efficiency, and patient experience. ImageAssist delivers immediate value to practices by saving time, improving consistency, and elevating the quality of patient care.
This is a contract (1099) role, where you will leverage your network and sales expertise, supported by the ImageAssist team, to drive adoption within your territory.
Responsibilities
- Become an expert on ImageAssist's platform through training and independent study
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across private practices, medspas, and health systems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, administrators, and decision-makers
- Prospect and generate leads through networking, referrals, events, and outbound outreach
- Conduct product demonstrations showcasing the value of standardized clinical photography
- Guide customers through onboarding and initial implementation workflows
- Educate customers on workflow improvements, compliance, and ROI benefits
- Collaborate with the ImageAssist team on feedback, positioning, and market insights
- Drive adoption of a product that meaningfully improves clinical workflows and patient care
Requirements
- Experience in medical device, healthcare SaaS, or clinical sales
- Existing relationships with plastic surgery, dermatology, medspa, or healthcare systems preferred
- Familiarity with clinical workflows, documentation, or EHR systems
- Experience navigating practice purchasing decisions or hospital procurement processes
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to clearly articulate a value-based sales proposition (efficiency, ROI, compliance)
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to operate independently

Compensation
This is a 1099 contractor role with commission-based compensation tied to sales performance.
